Data Deletion
SoLoRoutePro is operated by SoLoVision LLC. Workspace owners can start export, closure, or deletion review by contacting [email protected]. Production legal review is still required before paid customer launch.
Customer requests
Customers should contact the service business that invited them to the portal. The workspace owner can export service history, remove portal access, and delete or anonymize customer records where permitted.
Workspace requests
Workspace owners can request account closure and export. Financial records, audit logs, and dispute-related service evidence may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Deletion safeguards
Destructive actions should be soft-deleted first, logged in audit logs, and recoverable during a defined review window.
Provider records
Supabase app records and storage objects are the primary deletion surfaces. Stripe, Mapbox, Twilio, Resend, Sentry, UptimeRobot, Cloudflare, and Coolify records may require separate provider-console retention or deletion steps when those integrations are active.
