SoLoRoutePro is operated by SoLoVision LLC for route-based service businesses. For product, account, data, or support questions, contact [email protected]. These terms still require final legal review before paid customer launch.

Operator responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for confirming service areas, route safety, customer communications, SMS consent, payment processor setup, and technician instructions before dispatch.

Automation approval

AI or automation recommendations must remain owner-approved before customer promises, billing changes, route publication, or cancellation actions are applied.

Data portability

The product direction is explicit: your domain, your customer list, export anytime, and clear cancellation terms.

Provider boundaries

Supabase, Stripe, Mapbox, Twilio, Resend, Cloudflare, Coolify, Sentry, and UptimeRobot each remain responsible for their own service terms, security controls, and availability. Operators should not enter raw card data into SoLoRoutePro.
